Our business model is based on providing professional customer service support through independent contractor agents who work on eligible client programs available through the platform.As an independent contractor working with Even Solutions LLC, you would be providing customer service support under the applicable client program and requirements. The specific duties, schedule availability, training requirements, performance expectations, and compensation can vary depending on the client opportunity and program you are working on. Because of this, we want to make sure each contractor understands the requirements of the particular opportunity before beginning work.Our goal is to build a professional and dependable team of independent contractors who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Contractors are expected to maintain professionalism, follow all applicable client and Arise requirements, protect customer information, maintain appropriate confidentiality, and meet the quality and performance standards associated with the program.Even Solutions LLC will work with contractors regarding onboarding and the administrative requirements necessary to participate in the business. Before beginning a program, contractors should review and understand the applicable terms, requirements, and expectations associated with that opportunity.It is also important to understand that working with Even Solutions LLC does not guarantee a specific number of hours, a particular income amount, or continued availability of a specific client program. Opportunities can change based on client needs, program availability, performance requirements, and other factors. Any compensation or payment arrangements will be based on the applicable agreement and program terms.EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSPreferred ExperienceWe are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a virtual contact center environment. Previous customer service, call center, technical support, sales, healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.Ideal candidates should have:Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult or upset customers.Ability to follow detailed instructions, scripts, policies, and client procedures.Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.Basic computer troubleshooting skills.Experience using web-based applications, email, browsers, customer-management systems, or other business software.Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions.Ability to work independently without constant supervision in a work-from-home environment.Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain scheduled service intervals.Previous remote/work-from-home call center experience is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus, particularly for programs that support Spanish-speaking customers. Bilingual capability may be beneficial but does not guarantee placement on a bilingual service program.Experience in a regulated or security-sensitive customer service environment is a plus.COMPUTER & WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTSBecause agents servicing through the Arise Platform work in a virtual contact-center environment, applicants must have a reliable computer and an appropriate home workstation capable of supporting the applicable client program and Arise Platform requirements.Agents are responsible for maintaining their own equipment and ensuring that it remains operational and compliant with the requirements of the service program they select.ComputerApplicants should have:A reliable desktop computer or laptop capable of running the required Arise Platform tools, browser applications, client software, and communication systems.A computer with a supported operating system that meets the current Arise System & Equipment Policy and the requirements of the specific client program.Sufficient processing power and memory/RAM to operate multiple browser tabs and required customer-service applications simultaneously without performance problems.A functioning keyboard, mouse/trackpad, display, and audio capability.An available USB port or other compatible connection when required for approved equipment.Current operating-system updates and security updates.A supported and up-to-date web browser.Ability to install and run any required client applications, security tools, authentication tools, or communication software.Administrative access to the computer when necessary to install approved work-related software and updates.The computer must be dedicated to the agent's work activities during service intervals and must not be shared with another person while the agent is servicing customers.Chromebooks, tablets, smartphones, gaming consoles, or other devices that cannot meet the applicable client/program requirements should not be used as the primary work computer.InternetConnectionAgents must maintain a stable, reliable high-speed Internet connection suitable for voice-based customer service and the simultaneous use of multiple web-based applications.Agents should:Use a reliable broadband Internet service.Maintain sufficient Internet speed and stability for the applicable client program.Understand that Internet requirements may vary by service program.Use a wired Ethernet connection whenever required or recommended by the applicable program.Avoid relying solely on mobile-phone hotspots or unstable wireless connections when the selected program requires a wired or more reliable connection.Have a backup plan for Internet interruptions whenever possible.Arise emphasizes that work-from-home agents need adequate computer technology and Internet bandwidth to operate effectively in a virtual contact-center environment.Headset & AudioAgents should have:A professional-quality headset appropriate for customer service calls.A clear microphone that provides professional voice quality.Noise reduction/noise cancellation when appropriate.A headset connection compatible with the agent's computer.A quiet environment free from televisions, music, household conversations, pets, excessive background noise, and other distractions.Work EnvironmentAgents must maintain:A quiet, clean, and professional workspace.A suitable desk/table and comfortable workstation.An environment where confidential customer information cannot be overheard or viewed by unauthorized individuals.Reliable electrical power and a properly functioning computer setup.A workspace where the agent can remain focused throughout scheduled service intervals.Technical ReadinessBefore servicing a client program, agents may be required to complete applicable registration, training, certification, technical checks, and program-specific requirements. Arise states that certification can include task-specific requirements, simulations, and scenario-based validation before live work begins.Agents are expected to:Successfully complete all required Arise registration steps.Complete required client certification/training.Pass any applicable assessments or technical checks.Maintain equipment that continues to meet applicable requirements.Keep their computer and software updated.Immediately report equipment or connectivity problems that could interfere with scheduled service.Follow all client-specific technology, security, privacy, and workstation requirements.Important Equipment NoticeComputer and equipment requirements can vary by client program. Meeting Even Solutions LLC's general technical requirements does not automatically guarantee eligibility for every service opportunity available through the Arise Platform. Agents are responsible for reviewing and meeting the specific requirements associated with the service program they choose.Even Solutions LLC may request confirmation that an agent's computer, Internet connection, headset, and work environment are capable of supporting the applicable program before the agent begins servicing customers.
