Applicants for the Global Vice President of Product Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in product and portfolio management, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or related technology sectors, is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing complex product portfolios, bringing new products to market, and leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed structure. The ideal candidate will have experience across hardware, software, and services solution portfolios, as well as a strong background in product strategy, market analysis, and influencing product P&L outcomes.
