- Job Description Residential Electrical Installer - Hurricane Shutters
- RollShield LLC Clearwater, FLFull-Time $60-75K per year, based on experience
- RollShield LLC is seeking a dependable Residential Electrical Installer to support the installation of motorized hurricane shutters, sunrooms, and related home-improvement products throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- This is a hands-on field position for someone with residential or construction electrical experience who is comfortable working with wiring, motors, switches, controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with motorized hurricane shutters is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with transferable residential or construction electrical experience.
- Complete electrical installations for motorized roll-down hurricane shutters
- Provide power to shutter motors and related systems
- Install switches, controls, wiring, and electrical components
- Install raceways and route wiring as needed
- Troubleshoot motors, switches, controls, and electrical issues
- Work closely with RollShield installation crews on residential projects
- Assist with electrical work related to sunrooms and other installed products
- Fish wire through walls and finished spaces when necessary
- Perform minor drywall patching when required
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service at customer homes
- 2+ years of residential, construction, or electrical installation experience preferred
- Experience with electrical wiring, motors, switches, and controls
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and motor-control issues
- Familiarity with common electrical tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in residential and construction environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
