About the role
Role Overview:
The District Parts and Accessories Business Manager (DBM) is responsible for driving Parts & Accessories sales, supporting dealer operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction within their assigned district.
This role involves proactively visiting dealerships, promoting sales campaigns, developing new dealer relationships, and training staff to improve profitability and service quality.
The position requires managing dealer networks, increasing fixed operations profitability, and ensuring dealer growth through development and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Parts and Accessory sales targets via dealer visits and promotions.
Enhance business operations, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and train dealers, including new dealer onboarding.
Maintain top dealer engagement with regular visits, including Powerhouse dealers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Powersports Technologies.
Willingness to travel extensively and relocate if needed.
Experience in dealership operations and service/parts management.
Minimum of 5 years in the Powersports industry at retail or OEM level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
