Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston. Manage account inquiries, updates, and service requests with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Support clients throughout the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to follow-up assistance.
