Chemical Compounder Job Highlights: Pay Rate: $27 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or Mid Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Chemical Compounder Job Responsibilities: Retrieve assigned batch recipe cards and prioritize orders based on earliest ship date. Compound batches by manually adding raw materials, powders, and pull cans. Operate dosing clusters, mix tank dispensing stations, scales, load cells, and pumps to ensure proper material additions and mixing sequence. Retrieve pre-mixes from the automation area and add materials to batches by weight. Ensure batches are thoroughly mixed and equipment is maintained in proper working condition. Report equipment issues to the supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety regulations and chemical handling procedures.
Chemical Compounder Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of industrial work experience required; chemical compounding experience preferred. At least 2 years of forklift driving and warehouse experience. Working knowledge of inventory control systems. Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, including drums, up to 50 lbs.
