About the role

GT’s Living Foods is seeking an Employee Experience Representative to shape culture, wellness, onboarding, and development programs. You will design strategic campaigns, collaborate with the HR L&D team, and drive engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences. This role reports to HR L&D and covers Vernon, CA operations.
