Role Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market development within an assigned region. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing customers, and promoting DSV’s logistics and transport solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing the regional sales pipeline, preparing and delivering customer presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with operations and account management teams to ensure service quality. The Regional Sales Manager monitors market trends and competitor activity, provides accurate sales forecasting and reporting, and supports the implementation of regional sales strategies aligned with DSV’s global objectives. This position requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external customers to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Strong regional sales management experience, including business development, account management, and contract negotiation in logistics, transportation, or related industries. Demonstrated skills in relationship building, customer service, and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM or other sales tools. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends, pricing structures, and customer requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and value propositions clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Relevant experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, or transportation services is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
