Intellectual Property Attorney Requirements & Qualifications: Significant experience in Intellectual Property law, including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, patents, and licensing Portable book of business ($500K+ preferred)Proven client development skills and established relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, and brand owners Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to help grow and expand a thriving IP practice Admitted and in good standing to practice law Partner | Intellectual Property Attorney Preferred Background & Skills Prior experience in IP boutiques, mid-sized business law firms, or AmLaw environments Representation of technology, media, entertainment, consumer products, fashion, or e-commerce clients Partner | Intellectual Property Attorney Day-to-
Day Responsibilities: Manage and expand an Intellectual Property practice with a focus on client growth and satisfaction Advise clients on trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent matters Handle IP licensing, protection, enforcement, and portfolio management Draft and negotiate complex IP-related agreements Oversee trademark and copyright registration matters Counsel clients on intellectual property strategy, risk management, and best practices Foster and grow client relationships while generating new business opportunities Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions If you’re a driven IP attorney ready to elevate your practice within a forward-thinking law firm, we encourage you to explore this unique leadership opportunity.
