About the role
Traffic Coordinator Ensures that chassis received from manufacturer and delivered to production areas are correct. Ensure that units in process are stored with identifiable locations. Ensure that completed trucks have the correct paperwork and are staged in identifiable locations for customer pick-up/s. Essential Functions and Activities: Enter newly received chassis in the JDE system. Identify the correct body build number to received chassis once chassis has been marker, enter chassis location in the JDE system. Create customer files and maintain information in master completion schedule on truck movement. Copy and file changes to body build generated by sales. Maintain customer files with all generated material by sales or customer prepare paperwork for truck shipment. Handle all phone calls from sales, customers, carriers and inter-company departments. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 2-3 years' work experience.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
