Fort Worth, TX, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1210 *No Recruiters Please!* The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, leading a team of Regional Sales Managers, while delivering profitable growth across all the product lines. The role translates company objectives into clear regional and individual sales plans, strengthens customer relationships, improves sales effectiveness, and ensures disciplined execution of pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and market development initiatives. This leader builds a high-performing, accountable team while partnering cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue, margin and market specific objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company revenue, margin, and growth objectives. Lead, coach, and develop the Regional Sales Managers, establishing clear goals, priorities, performance expectations, and accountability. Drive new product placements and increase market share for all Rollease Acmeda product lines. Translate annual business objectives into individual sales plans with measurable targets, milestones, and actions. Establish and proactively maintain a forward-looking pipeline of customer projects, new accounts, product placements, and growth initiatives, including revenue value, probability, timing, and next steps. Ensure disciplined use of CRM to maintain accurate customer records, opportunity pipelines, activities, forecasts, and follow-up commitments. Own sales forecasting and ensure accurate, timely inputs into the Sales & Operations Planning process. Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and regional opportunities; use insights to adjust priorities and resource allocation. Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively by coordinating with cross-functional resources. Own voice-of-the-customer funnel from sales to best inform new product development. Maintain strong technical and commercial knowledge of current and legacy Rollease Acmeda products, competitive products, and the broader window-coverings industry. Develop unique value proposition to the customer from a broad suite of motorization/Automate, fabric and hardware offerings. Prepare proposals by identifying themes and "selling points" and preparing various components such as executive summaries. Provide regular updates to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing on sales performance, forecast, pipeline, market conditions, team execution, risks, and corrective actions. Deliver effective customer presentations, product demonstrations, sales meetings, business reviews, and internal updates. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and other departments to support account objectives. Foster a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused, and high-performing sales culture that demonstrates the Company Core Values. Develop individual development plans that strengthen sales capability and support professional growth across the team. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Bachelor's degree required in a related field. Minimum 10 years' experiencein a sales role/in building products, consumer goods or related industry. Demonstrated success leading a dispersed sales team and delivering national or multi-region revenue growth. Strong experience in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, negotiation, and profitability management. Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales professionals accountable while building an engaged, high-performing culture. Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of CRM Management (Microsoft Dynamics) preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) preferred.
