About the role

BCT Partners, LLC is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support data management, reporting, workflow tracking, and customer service for Head Start grant recipients. You will help ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support program oversight and informed decision-making. You will validate data, manage metadata, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and streamline operations while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
