Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send invoices, premium notices, and payment reminders.
  • Apply incoming payments and investigate unmatched or duplicate transactions.
  • Explain balances, due dates, billing adjustments, and available payment options.
  • Coordinate billing corrections with policy service, finance, and customer support partners.
  • Document customer interactions and payment activity in billing platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Interest in billing operations, receivables, or financial account support.
  • Comfort reviewing invoices, payment records, and account balances.
  • Ability to explain billing details clearly in written and verbal conversations.
