Job Title: Social Digital Designer

Reporting to: Senior DesignerPOSITION SUMMARY:The Social Digital Designer is responsible for creating compelling, cohesive, and on-brand creative assets across the brand’s social media channels, with a primary focus on both organic and paid social. This role will develop social-first creative that strengthens brand storytelling, drives engagement, and supports business objectives across platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging social channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific creative best practices, and digital storytelling, with the ability to translate brand campaigns and creative concepts into engaging social content. This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of creative quality and brand consistency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, social, marketing, and copy teams to translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into compelling, social-first visual assets. Develop creative for organic social channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms, with a focus on engaging and culturally relevant content. Create a high volume of paid social assets for platforms including Meta and Tik Tok, adapting creative to platform-specific formats and best practices. Concept and execute social-first creative across a variety of formats, including static imagery, carousels, short-form video, GIFs, and motion graphics. Translate larger brand campaigns into cohesive social storytelling, ensuring creative consistency while adapting content for the unique needs of each platform. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute social content from concept through final delivery. Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, cultural moments, and evolving creative formats to bring fresh and innovative thinking to the brand’s social presence. Optimize, resize, version, and QA social assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to platform specifications. Use performance data and business analytics to inform creative decisions and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness. Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that strengthen and evolve the brand’s presence across social media. DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:BFA in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising, or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, ecommerce, or a related industry. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, and emerging platforms. Experience designing for both organic and paid social, with an understanding of platform-specific creative best practices. Strong understanding of social-first design, digital storytelling, and current social media trends. Experience with short-form video and/or motion graphics strongly preferred. Strong clean, modern aesthetic with an excellent eye for typography, composition, imagery, and detail. Ability to adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency. Understanding of UX/UI and digital design principles. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about design, jewelry, fashion, social media, and emerging digital trends.
