About the role

Production WorkerWe are looking for reliable and hardworking production workers to join our team in Columbiana, OH. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality corrugated packaging products. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Assist with setup and changeovers of machines
Stack, sort, and bundle finished materials
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Load and unload materials using forklifts (if certified)
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (may vary)

Overtime may be required PayCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)
