Position Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Installs webbing and springs in furniture frames preparatory to upholstering: Tacks or staples ends of webbing strips to side of frame, using tack hammer or staple gun. Stretches webbing across frame with webbing stretcher and tacks ends to opposite side of frame. Tacks strips to back of frame and weaves them through crosspieces to cover opening. Cuts webbing overlap with hand shears. Positions coil springs on webbing and fastens spring to webbing with needle and twine or with metal clips, using clinching tool.

Qualifications: Previous furniture or car upholstery experience is preferred, but not required.

Education: High School Degree or GED in relevant field or equivalent. Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
