About the role
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department staff and management
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases and internal systems
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Assist with ordering office supplies and tracking inventory
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
- 1-3+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
