About the role
Leading intranet strategy and governance, the full-time Intranet Solutions Manager will manage SharePoint-based web solutions, oversee email analytics, and coordinate with stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage SharePoint governance and strategy, including partnerships with IT and vendor relationships
Lead team priorities, track SharePoint metrics, and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Oversee stakeholder training and support, developing materials and troubleshooting technical issues
Required qualifications:
8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in employee management
In-depth technical knowledge of SharePoint, including web parts and permissions
Experience with email analytics solutions, preferably PoliteMail
2+ years of training experience and a customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with HTML and Microsoft Office 365 products
