Growth opportunities.Overview & Qualifications:Guardian Garage Floors is looking to hire an Office Assistant. Excellent customer service and computer skills are a requirement. It is essential to be able to multitask and self manage. Applicants have to have the ability to enter data into the computer while talking to potential customers. Excellent problem solving and follow-through skills are also required. Must be a self starter and work independently with little guidance.Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance, ability, and skill-set.$18-$22 hr.Paid Vacation & Holidays.Overtime eligible position.Job Tasks:Answer inbound phone calls.Make outbound phone calls.Schedule appointments.Manage calendar.Data entry.Create job folders.Confirm installation appointments.Respond to reviews and social media inquires.Oversee day-to-day office activities.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Requirements:Be 18 years or older.Must have driver's license & reliable transportation.Personal Requirements & Skills Needed:Integrity & Trustworthy.Be able to work with a team of installers, sales team, & office staff.Communicate effectively.Problem solving.Organization.Ability to work under pressure.Customer service.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offPaid HolidaysSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
