About the role

Acacia Health (Palliative, Home Health, & Hospice) seeks a compassionate Chaplain/Spiritual Counselor to serve our hospice division. You will conduct spiritual assessments, provide bereavement counseling, and participate as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team. The role is part-time, per visit, covering North OC and San Gabriel Valley, with on-call duties and weekend availability as needed. A seminary or theology degree is required, and hospice experience is a plus.
