Now Hiring – Property Damage Estimator - Full-Time We’re seeking a Property Damage Estimator to inspect, estimate, and manage residential and commercial property damage claims involving fire, water, wind, and collision.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate estimates Work with insurance representatives, TPAs, and property owners Manage multiple time-sensitive claims and maintain detailed job documentation Apply knowledge of construction and property restoration methods Provide compassionate, professional customer service Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Must Have: 2–4 years of construction estimating or related field experience Construction knowledge; estimating experience preferred Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills Ability to work on active/damaged job sites and travel within the region No felony convictions
Preferred: Xactimate experience Property reconstruction/restoration experienceIICRC certifications Training: Construction professionals interested in moving into estimating are encouraged to apply — training is available for the right candidate.
