About the role
Viasat is seeking an Oracle OTL/Absence Management Consultant to own and optimize our enterprise time and attendance configurations. You will lead hands-on setup, integrate with Oracle Cloud HCM, and ensure timely go-live milestones across international regions.
You will work with IT, HR, and finance to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, troubleshoot complex configurations, and support year-end OTL activities. This role demands strong stakeholder collaboration and precision.
