Shift: 7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM (2-2-3 Days or Nights)
Pay: $33/hr (+$2.00 Night Shift Diff.)
Job Description: Responsible for the effective, efficient and safe maintenance, renovation and upkeep of company machinery and equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain machinery and equipment. Maintain compliance with AIB and BRC requirements and the Product Safety and Quality Management System (PSQMS). Adhere to GMP requirements and report any potential food safety hazards as per procedure. Attend annual PSQMS training. Evaluate equipment problems and repair. Build equipment, fixtures or electrical devices as directed. Be actively involved in other activities related to safety such as labeling equipment, inspections, lockout and emergency procedures. Repair electronic components at board level. Maintain electronic room equipment. Repair electrical and electronic systems of production machinery. Evaluate mechanical problems and repair them. Performs other related duties and assignments supporting the quality system as assigned. Understanding of limits and controls for "temporary repairs" (per procedure PSQM 4.6.2) and maintenance clearance (per BRC 4.7.4).
