- Servpro is a leading remediation and restoration company that provides services to both residential and commercial clients.
- Technicians will perform and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include job preparation/protections, cleaning, repairs, light demolition, and other labor intensive activities.
- JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to service calls as needed
- Inventory and Pack-out of contentsCleaning of contentsCleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Laundry cleaning services
- Maintain clean work vehicles, warehouse, equipment, and related
- Prepare sites for work activities
- Set up staging area and equipment for projects
- Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdownsREQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must possess a valid IN Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a criminal background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
- Salary is highly competitive and will be based on experience and ability.
