About the role
Oracle EBS HCM – Core HR Louisville, KY (Remote) Duration:1+ Years Pay rate: Market- DOE Primary Skills : Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules. Job Description: • Strong understanding of HR processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with system administration, integrations, and testing. • Must have experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR and developing technical solutions to meet business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Modify and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations for employee/people data. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including problems with integrations and data flows. • Create and maintain technical designs, support procedures, and other necessary documentation. • Develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to provide data analysis and solutions. Key Skills: • Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules. • In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures. • Managing and configuring Oracle's E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with responsibilities including gathering requirements, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades. • Ability to understand business requirements and identify the data elements and extract that data from Oracle EBS database. • Strong experience of SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience with integrations, data flows, and system administration in Oracle EBS. • Experience with HR implementations. • Oracle certifications, such as the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for EBS R12 Human Capital Management, can be beneficial.
