About the role

Crossover seeks a hands-on Multi-Site Facilities Manager to keep 25+ campuses safe, premium, and presentation-ready every day. You will inspect, audit, and improve HVAC, safety, landscaping, and cleanliness across the Northwest, with 30–50% regional travel to CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, and ID. Based mainly at the San Francisco Bay Area campus, you will define standards, oversee vendor performance, terminate underperformers, and drive regional operations, new campus launches, and crisis response. #J-18808-Ljbffr
