I am seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting impactful commercial construction projects throughout the region. Their portfolio includes K-12 educational facilities, municipal buildings, public infrastructure, and other community-focused projects that make a lasting difference. What You'll Do:
  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation
  • Support procurement activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Assist with project closeout activities and punch list management
  • Promote and uphold safety and quality standards on every project
