About the role

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Principal CAD Designer for Hand Tools Engineering to lead CAD initiatives from concept through release. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with Engineering, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing, and mentor a small CAD-design team to ensure high-quality, manufacturable designs. Responsibilities include overseeing complex surfacing, assemblies, and tooling-ready models while maintaining schedules and design intent across departments.
