Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter invoices from fuel suppliers, verifying proper supporting documentation. Accurately enter driver fuel delivery orders for billing preparation. Ensure driver paperwork matches delivery reports and bill fuel loads to the correct store location. Maintain accurate filing of bills of lading, invoices, and delivery tickets. Reconcile vendor payments. Assist the manager with period reconciliation and audits. Communicate with stores and drivers to ensure documentation accuracy. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required. Additional college coursework is a plus.
Qualifications: Experience 1+ years experience in accounts payable preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications
Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. Good judgment and initiative in decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits
