About the role

The Piedmont YMCA is seeking a Director of Youth Development to oversee all youth programs, including Summer Camp, After School, and Out-of-School Camps, and to supervise five full-time Multi-Site Directors and part-time staff. The role drives program quality, staff development and community partnerships to serve children and families effectively. The position requires strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance with Virginia regulations, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends
