About the role
- Track certificates of insurance from the EPC Contractor or Construction Manager and all subcontractors. Verify that insurance coverages comply with contractual insurance requirements. Maintain a centralized insurance compliance log.
- Coordinate with the Owner's insurance broker on claims, incidents, or policy modifications.
- Notify the Owner promptly of any lapse, deficiency, or non-compliance in the contractor's insurance program.
- Support project administration and contract compliance tracking associated with insurance requirements. What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, construction management, or related field, or equivalent.
- Experience administering insurance compliance, certificates of insurance, or contract compliance records.
- Strong understanding of tracking logs, compliance documentation, and records management.
- Ability to coordinate with brokers, project teams, and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Experience supporting insurance compliance on large construction or capital programs.
- Familiarity with EPC or construction management contract environments.
