Lead Customer Service Representative - Dispatch Operations
Location: Suffolk, VA
Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday-Saturday (one weekday off)
Interview Type: In-Person
Potential for Permanent HireWe are hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative with dispatch experience to support daily operations and lead a customer service team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor routing and delivery operations
  • Handle escalated customer concerns
  • Track team performance and operational metrics
  • Troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure excellent service
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of customer service experience 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience 1+ year of dispatch experience (routing, route monitoring, delivery coordination)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Open availability to meet business needs
Preferred:
  • Call center experience
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
