Deloitte is hiring a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture changes across a large-scale program. You will design fit-for-purpose change plans to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk, working with executives and cross-functional teams. You will conduct stakeholder analysis, craft leadership alignment, and deliver engaging communications. Travel is limited, with remote options, and sponsorship may be available for eligible cases.
