Job Title: Safety AdministratorJob DescriptionThis long-term contract role (2+ years, with potential to convert to a direct position based on project flow) supports a semiconductor equipment manufacturer during tool installation at customer sites. The Safety Administrator works onsite from a site trailer and serves as a key partner to the Safety team by digitizing safety audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily safety operations in an active construction-adjacent environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization and documentation, is highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy, and wants exposure to safety operations without being responsible for field enforcement.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Safety team as a primary administrative partner for onsite safety operations in a semiconductor equipment installation environment.Digitize safety audits, inspections, and compliance documentation to ensure records are accurate, accessible, and up to date.Maintain, organize, and update safety documentation, including logs, reports, and audit records, using document management systems.Assist with audit inventory and tracking by capturing, filing, and monitoring safety-related documentation and follow-up items.Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) to create, update, and distribute safety documents, reports, and communications.Coordinate and manage multiple documents and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong version control and organization.Support project management activities related to safety documentation, timelines, and deliverables in regulated environments.Communicate clearly and professionally with the Safety team and other stakeholders to clarify documentation needs and status.Ensure compliance documentation aligns with internal standards and external regulatory requirements in safety-critical environments.Work independently in a site trailer while remaining aligned with broader Safety team goals and daily operations.Act as the go-to support person for the Safety team by proactively identifying documentation needs and resolving administrative issues.Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, and filing safety and compliance information.Adapt to working in fast-paced, active installation or construction environments adjacent to ongoing field activities.Essential SkillsExcellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Proficiency with document management systems for organizing and maintaining safety and compliance records.At least 1 year of prior experience supporting Safety, EHS, Construction, or Manufacturing teams.At least 1 year of experience digitizing audits, inspections, or compliance documentation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and priorities simultaneously.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy when handling safety and compliance documentation.Comfort working onsite in a construction-adjacent environment, including working from a site trailer.Ability to work independently while supporting a broader Safety team.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday onsite schedule.Familiarity with safety, health and safety, OSHA, EHS, and regulated environments.Experience with administration, project management, document management, and audit-related activities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting safety operations in semiconductor, construction, or manufacturing environments.Comfort working in safety-critical and regulated environments with ongoing installations or construction.Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted support person for a safety team, focusing on organization and documentation.Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams for coordinating with onsite and remote team members.Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily onsite at customer locations within semiconductor equipment manufacturing and construction environments. Work is performed mainly from a site trailer located in active installation or construction areas, adjacent to ongoing field activities. The schedule follows a standard daytime workweek with no shift rotation, typically Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The environment is fast-paced and safety-critical, requiring consistent onsite presence, reliability, and comfort working around active construction-adjacent operations while focusing on documentation and administrative support.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
