Supply Chain Analyst Please note that this job is PART-TIME and HYBRID. You will work approximately 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You will be required to work onsite in Boulder, CO 3 days per week of your choosing. You may work from home the other days. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading distribution company to fill their open Supply Chain Analyst job in Boulder, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last at least until February 2027. Depending on your performance and our client’s needs, this may be extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company.
Responsibilities:
-Monitoring and tracking all customer orders in the database-Manually entering orders as needed-Monitoring inboxes for customer service inquiries and new orders-Tracking and resolving past due orders-Confirming shipments of orders with customers-Working with the Sales team to research and resolve any order/shipment issues-Running reports-Communicating order shortages and/or delivery delays to customers-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role-Previous experience in supply chain & logistics-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent analytical skills-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Excellent customer service skills-Advanced Excel skills preferred: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.
Compensation:
