🚨 Technical Writer I – Pensacola, FLA leading industrial organization is looking for a Technical Writer I to develop and maintain technical documentation supporting maintenance and operations.
📍 Location: Pensacola, FL 32514⏳ Duration: 12 Months💰 Pay Rate: $30/hr. – $35/hr. W2What we’re looking for:✅ 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment✅ Strong technical writing and documentation skills✅ Experience creating/updating user manuals, PM work orders, job plans, and technical documentation✅ Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals, technical drawings, and schematics✅ Experience with Maximo or other CMMS platforms preferred✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools✅ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy✅ Ability to work hands-on in an industrial environment and safely access equipment✅ Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, overtime, or short-notice schedulesPreferred:
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance trade certification/associate degree
  • Experience standardizing PM programs or CMMS processes
  • Knowledge of Lean Maintenance, RCM, or reliability methodologies
