About the role

Vantive is seeking a Chronic Region Manager to lead a regional team of Portfolio Managers and PD Clinical Specialists, driving sales, clinical outcomes, and business priorities in the assigned region. You will coach and develop leaders, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure regional performance aligns with the Annual Operating Plan. The ideal candidate will reside in Northern California and cover CA, OR, WA, AK, ID, UT, NV, and CO, with up to 50% travel.
