Competitive hourly rate + uncapped commission ($2,400/month at target).What You'll Do:Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
