Problem Solve Specialist (Fri, Sat, Sun - Day Shifts)

Location: Brighton, CO Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.

Schedule: Fri, Sat & Sun; 12-hr Day shifts; start times of 4:30am, 5:30am, and 6:30amThe Problem Solve Specialist is responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving exceptions that disrupt the flow of freight within a high-volume sort center. This role ensures that mis-sorted, damaged, missing, or system-exception shipments are quickly analyzed and corrected to protect service levels and customer commitments.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.24 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or sort center operations. Experience handling exceptions, quality control, or inventory discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions in real time.
