About the role

Property Manager | Small Community, Big Opportunity! We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take the lead at a smaller residential community with fewer than 60 units. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships with residents, and having a real impact on the community they manage. With a smaller property, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, develop your leadership skills, and continue growing your career in property management.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage the day-to-day operations of a community with fewer than 60 units. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and address their needs and concerns. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities. Support and oversee onsite staff as needed. Assist with leasing, resident retention, and overall property performance. Maintain property records, reports, and administrative responsibilities. Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For: Previous Property Manager experience required. Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge preferred, but not required. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Someone who is independent, resourceful, and takes initiative. Comfortable handling multiple aspects of property operations. A positive, professional approach to working with residents and vendors.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Smaller Property. More Ownership. Room to Grow. If you're an experienced Property Manager who enjoys running your own community without the demands of a large property, this could be a great fit! We're looking for someone who wants to make a difference, take pride in their work, and grow with the opportunity. Interested? Let's talk! Apply today!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
