About the role
RTX Hot Section Module Center South in East Hartford is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to serve as the Vanes Deputy Business Unit Leader. You will guide a manufacturing organization of 30–60 hourly employees, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee engagement.
You will translate business objectives into daily shop-floor execution, develop frontline leaders, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive
