This remote— in region temp role offers an excellent opportunity to work on HCP-focused medical education initiatives and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Senior Account Executive / Account Supervisor, Medical Education Responsibilities: Oversee the daily execution of medical education programs, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to develop materials that align with strategic clinical and educational objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project status. Assist in managing project budgets, scope, and documentation to support efficient account operations. Support the development and implementation of initiatives such as advisory boards, congress activities, and publications. Senior Account Executive / Account Supervisor, Medical Education Qualifications: 4-7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency setting supporting Medical Communications or Medical Education projects. Proven expertise in managing HCP-facing medical education initiatives within healthcare or pharma environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
