About the role
STANTON, KY--Perform light assembly of components and wire according to standardized work instructions and production standards. Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance. Package finished goods for shipment, including labeling and preparing materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards. Assist as needed with basic warehouse duties including stocking, sorting, and material handling. Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent product quality. Follow all company safety guidelines and report any issues to leadership.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, prior assembly or warehouse experience helpful but not required, ability to stand, bend, lift, stretch, and move for the duration of a shift, comfortable lifting up to 25-40 lbs. as needed, strong attention to detail, reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude. M-TH 5:00am-3:30p OT on Fridays and some weekends
