About the role
- Provides administrative support for the Property Manager and Service Coordinator periodically in person onsite as well as remotely.
- Accurately completes projects and tasks by specified deadlines.
- Takes initiative in continued process improvement in conjunction with the Service Coordinator and Property Manager.
- Assists with rent collection, waitlist updates and data entry into rent software.
- Assures an environment that is safe and clean. Communicates maintenance needs with Facilities and initiate maintenance requests.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not be limited to: copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities for sites and participate in planning activities for Community Living Division.

- Schedule, Pay and Location:
- This position is working 40 hours a week, between Monday - Friday standard business hours
- Starting at $19.00 per hour + $500 Hiring Bonus
- Bloomington, MN with some remote
- Will support Apple Valley, Bloomington, Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Richfield
- Occasional travel in-between apartment sites required (mileage reimbursement provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education highly preferred
- Six months of professional experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or related conditions required, with one year or more of experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record
