About the role
Providing garnishment services support, the full-time Garnishment Processor will process US and Canadian garnishment payment files, manage refunds and reissues, and generate reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Process garnishment payment files based on withholding orders created in Workday
Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to the appropriate payees in a timely manner
Generate reports from multiple applications for customer presentations and internal processing use
Required qualifications:
High School diploma
General knowledge of garnishments and payroll functions
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or Tax Ex preferred
