Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will create high-quality visual content for proposals, presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and company addition to graphic design, this role will support AWC's photography and video efforts, capturing the people, projects, and culture that make our company unique. This position works primarily in the office, with time spent on jobsites and at events as needed.Position DescriptionDesign and produce PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other marketing collateral in support of proposals and business developmentCreate compelling visual designs that align with AWC's brand and marketing goalsPlan, shoot, and edit photography and video, including staff, project, jobsite, and event content, for use in marketing materials and social mediaDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media graphics and short-form video contentDesign, update, and maintain company and project websites, ensuring content and branding remain current and consistentServe as AWC's brand steward, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all internal and external marketing materialsVectorize and prepare artwork and logos for print, signage, and vehicle branding applicationsDesign vehicle branding/wraps, event medals, awards, and other branded materialsSupport proposal development with layout, graphics, and production of RFP/RFQ materials as neededCoordinate with vendors for printing, signage, promotional items, and production services as neededOrganize and manage marketing assets, including photos, videos, and digital filesWhat You'll Bring3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with additional experience in digital/web content, photography, and video productionA professional portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 completed projects, with an emphasis on graphic design, branding, layout, and visual communicationsProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and PhotoshopStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailA self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProfessional, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with WordPress, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After EffectsExperience supporting proposals, presentations, or business development effortsExperience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plusAuld & White Constructors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Auld & White does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
