About the role

American Place Casino seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to own the recruitment strategy and full-cycle staffing property-wide. Reporting to HR leadership, you'll partner with property managers to align staffing with business needs and drive inclusion in hiring across departments. You will mentor recruiters, manage events and partnerships, and optimize the ATS (UKG) and related processes while balancing budget and compliance with employment laws.
