About the role
To support a dynamic engineering organization, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Program Manager will manage cross-functional delivery, streamline intake processes, and drive strategic initiatives while ensuring effective communication among product, solutions, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary engineering representative during intake and triage meetings to prevent delays in customer requests
Own the routing of urgent requests and ensure alignment between high-level planning and engineering execution
Track dependencies and empower development teams to complete projects while maintaining operational oversightRequired Qualifications:Strong technical literacy in software architecture concepts, including monoliths and microservices
Proven ability to translate high-level visions into structured, actionable project plans
Expertise in using Jira and other tools for mapping workflows across various planning boards
Demonstrated diplomacy and influence in navigating complex organizational structures
Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies
