Presales Lead · Location: Remote — United States (East Coast preferred) or London / Netherlands
The Opportunity:
This company recently beat around forty established transportation vendors to win one of the world's largest retailers, on the strength of an orchestration layer that sits atop any TMS or WMS and automates decisions a dispatcher would otherwise make by hand. It needs someone to lead presales globally: a newly created, quota-carrying role reporting into a co-founder and CPO, owning a presales team across North America, EMEA and APAC.The Impact You Will Have Build and lead a global presales function of six to seven people, hiring further as scope grows. Own the technical thread through every enterprise deal, leading integration while sales colleagues run the commercial relationship. Shape how a genuinely differentiated product story lands with enterprise retail and logistics buyers. Act as primary technical contact across the business, operational and technical buyer.
What Success Looks Like:
Deep, genuine domain expertise in transport management or supply chain technology. A career that has moved from implementation or solutions delivery into a revenue-facing growth role. Comfortable owning and running a demo end-to-end, not just supporting one. Proven ability to lead technical integration documentation and architecture conversations.
