Role Overview: We are seeking a Live Production Contractor to support an internal corporate production team. This is a videography-focused, hands-on technical role responsible for operating production equipment and supporting the day-to-day technical needs of the studio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate live production environments and be comfortable taking the lead on video production, equipment operation, studio setup, and live events.
Responsibilities: Operate professional video, camera, audio, lighting, and studio equipment Support and lead live corporate video productions and events Handle studio setup, breakdown, testing, and troubleshooting Capture high-quality video content for internal corporate initiatives Edit and deliver polished video content Ensure production equipment is properly configured and functioning Provide onsite technical support throughout live productions Travel approximately 30% as needed to support productions and events Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute professional corporate video productions
Required Skills & Experience: Professional experience in corporate live production Strong videography and video production background Hands-on experience operating professional production and studio equipment Video editing experience Experience serving as a Video Lead or taking ownership of video productions Strong technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work onsite at 30 Rock in NYCAbility to travel approximately 30%Important: Candidates must have experience supporting corporate live production environments. Candidates whose experience is primarily in entertainment-focused live production will not be a fit for this role.
